will be the death of me. When I get out of school and open my own restaurant I am not going to waste one ounce of energy on accounting. I will hire my own accountant and let them worry about it. Seriously! The first day of Accounting 207 my teacher said some people are accountants and some people hire them...truer words have never been spoken.
